Integrated oxygen generator system

3. Air filters
Water, dust particles and oil are absorbed here.
4. Absorption dryer
Strongly remove water in the air.
5. Air surge tank
The dew point of the air is below -56.2C. the composition of the air is 78%N2,21%O2 and 1% other gas
6. PSA oxygen generator
N2 and CO2 are absorbed by zoelite molecular sieve, and oxygen is separated from the adsorption tower.
7. Oxygen filters
It removes dust particles, water mist, oil mist and air odor.
